        摒除传统的由教师课后全批的评改方式，评改作文可以采用很多种科学有效的方法，如全批、面批、学生自批互批、课堂即做即批、重点范例引批等等。其中我认为最重要的是面批，叶圣陶先生指出：“给学生改作文，最有效的办法是面批”。面批可以是一对一、也可以是一对几，抓住机会对学生本次作文或者平时作文时出现的问题进行指导，比如字体潦草、词汇出错、语法混乱、态度不端正等等，这样面对面的评改不仅能体现因材施教的教学原则，还能增强师生之间的情感交流，有效地激发学生的写作动机。
